If you're in town with your boss and you need a good place to grab a beer and watch a game, this is a good place to do that.

I know this because I'm in town with my boss.  We grabbed a beer and watched the game there tonight.

We looked around for awhile.  If someone had just said "this is a good place to go for a beer and watch a game if you're in town with your boss," then we wouldn't have had to try so hard.

    Service : A+
    BBQ Burger : A
    Fries : A-
    Wings : B+
    Buffalo Calamari : B+
    IPA : B+

It does have that brewery smell.  You become nose blind to it almost immediately, but you do notice it when you walk in.

Good beers -- a lot of them brewed right here -- combined with an intriguingly diverse menu and a terrific location make this a recommended stop. It's directly across the road from the FDR Library and a great place to relax after visiting the Roosevelt home and library. We sampled the IPA which was tasty and only one of a large choice of beers available. If you're overwhelmed by the choices, ask your waiter; we did and were very pleased with the result. They do very good burgers, our nachos were cheesy and not dry, the grilled steak was tender and juicy and the turkey rueben was hot, melting with dressing and filled with kraut, a delicious and very large sandwich. They have quite a few vegetarian options -- pretty uncommon for a brewery -- so don't stay away just because you don't care for meats.

There is a bar area and a dining area which can get a bit noisy when its crowded, but they also have outside seating which is wonderful on a nice day. We do think it's a little pricey: burgers $15, some drinks $8 to $12 and entrees in the $20s. That won't keep us away, but be cautioned that it's not cheap.

It was nice and sunny the other day so I decided to finally stop by. I have to say the inside is very nice and I life that they have outdoor seating. I had the raspberry beer which was very enjoyable, as well as tried their IPA which is made with all local ingredient. I had the 96 degree burger which was seasoned good, cooked to how I liked it, but rather small for the price. The fried that came with it were good, but again not a big portion. I will say the beer was decently priced and you can get a flight if you want. All together my bill was 40 dollars for a salad a burger and a beer, so a little steep for one person. They have live music Friday and Saturday which I will comeback to enjoy when the weather warms up more! Good service and wonderful waitress just a bit pricey.

We were traveling through the area and stopped here for dinner. Very interesting menu that lived up to it's character. Being tired from our travels I asked Travis, our waiter, what he thought of the different dishes and drinks we were interested in. We went with his suggestions and were extremely satisfied with his recommendations. I started with the onion soup which Travis said was outrageous, he was spot on. I had the meatloaf and my girlfriend had the salmon. Again Travis's recommendation were what another hit. After our dinner we were interested in an after dinner drink and went to the guy with at they point was batting 1000. He didn't disappoint us. The meal was fantastic, thank you Travis for helping these weary travelers long day come to a delicious ending.

I really wish I could give them a better review but I can't. I have gone twice and the food just couldn't cut it.
My last visit I order a burger medium well not a hard item to cook. Well they screwed it up again, the burger started out medium to medium rare then I got to the center and it was rare !!!
So either one of two things the cook has no clue on how to make a burger or use a thermometer or it was frozen when it was put on the grill.
The beer was ok nothing spectacular, with the amount of micro breweries an breweries you should be on your A game and your not even in the major leagues !!
Sorry I won't be trying your establishment again.
